Ben Garbett - Gig Exchange App
I believe work should provide us all with the opportunity to fulfil our own needs and potential in ways that suit our situations throughout our lives.
This app will act as a medium/ booking agency platform to allow employers to find workers on a short-term casual basis similar to that in apps such as Uber and Deliveroo. It can also be used as a facility for people to find relevantly skilled workers to cover their job roles urgently when their staff are unable to make it to work.
It will be a facility for people to find work to supplement their income when they are in pursuit of another goal e.g. a degree or for people to find work in an industry relevant to their skills when they are in-between jobs. It will provide freedom in employment for those who prefer working in this way due to their personal circumstances.
