Silvia Pinon-Garcia - MORE
MORE wants to work with governments and institutions to give hope to disadvantaged people who are homeless. The initial plan is to start the business with the financial support that the British government gives to start-up companies, then work with NGOs and municipalities to negotiate the use of housing and job offers for these people. They will not pay rent or visas, these costs will be paid by the company until the occupants reach a certain amount of money needed to become independent. When these people are economically stable, 3% will be deducted from their salary for 15 years. That 3% is what the company will get as future profits.
